The Ohio Board of the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE) is a not-for profit organization; which administers examinations to individuals involved in the Power Engineering field who are seeking to measure their competency to a national standard. The 6 levels of certifications include  Fifth, Fourth, Third, Second, First and Chief.
